I AM VERY EXCITED

In my first life, I worked with a corporate leash. Not a baddd thing.
First, a number of professional years in IT making software control and talk with satellites.

My second realm was travel software. For years I was without country because I had them all. I was without home because I didn't need one. I was always in some country, at some airline (1 of 25) consulting, selling, fixing, designing, developing, testing, merging some travel industry software application.

From that point of view: I was aware of many aspects of the industry that travel agents were not. On the other hand, the travel agents were aware and practised at many aspects of the travel business that I was not. I shared. They shared. They learned some stuff. I learned some stuff.

For a while I have thought about operating from a travel perspective rather than software.

I expect another mag to give birth to itself as a result. I have also thought about this for a long time. I thought about it every time I saw a tourist swagger confidently as I watched from a neighborhood rest stop near a temporary homespot in some city of the world like Madrid, Helsinki, Copenhagen, you name it. I thought about it every time I saw a merchant take advantage of the tourist's lack of familiarity with the local "como."

Sometimes I stepped in. Sometimes, like the ranger leaves the beached seal, I did not get involved.

But I learned a lot. Many of you did too. And you can share your information. So maybe a mag for the purpose.

So, we will have travel. Annnnnd we will stay on top of good advice and great stories.
